TransTaq?-T DNA Polymerase是以EasyTaq? DNA Polymerase為主的復合酶,其外切活性由具有3′→5′外切酶活性的蛋白提供;加"A"效率和EasyTaq? DNA Polymerase相同,保真EasyPfu DNA Polymerase相同。

? 高加"A"效率,擴增產物可直接克隆于pEASY?-T載體中,克隆效率高。
? 保真性是EasyTaq? DNA Polymerase18倍。
? 延伸速度為1-2 kb/min
? 基因組DNA片段的擴增(≤8 kb)。
