EasyPfu DNA Polymerase 是基因改造的Pfu DNA Polymerase,分子量為94 kDaEasyPfu DNA Polymerase 克服了普通Pfu酶擴增能力差、產量低的缺陷,增加了片段擴增長度,具有熱啟動功能。
? 保真性是EasyTaq
? DNA Polymerase 18倍。
? 具有5'→3' DNA 聚合酶活性和3'-5'外切酶活性。
擴增產物為平端,可直接克隆于pEASY?-Blunt 載體中
? 當以 cDNA 為模板時,MgSO4 工作濃度為3 mM
? 基因組DNA 片段的擴增(≤6 kb)。
Plasmid DNA片段擴增(≤10 kb)。
